We do not accept cancellations.
How do I refund an item purchased shlokliving.com?
Shlokliving offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order.
Please call our customer care no or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. Please also take a photograph of the product and email us for reference. We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process if the products is received by us is unused and undamaged.

Conditions of return:
Candles must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Please make sure you have images of the damage/defect along with your request for us to approve it. Any request without images will be rejected for a return/exchange.
